INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE DAY OF YOUR SAUNA WRAP:  Do not eat a heavy meal before your sauna wrap. Avoid drinking alcohol / soda drinks / coffee as these beverages have a tendency to dehydrate you.  Drink plenty of water before & after. Refrain from shaving legs & arms the day of the Sauna Wrap. SAUNA WRAP PRECAUTIONS:  Do NOT use the Sauna Wrap if you have any of the following pre-existing medical conditions: Pregnancy, serious high blood pressure, or have heart, respiratory or skin diseases.  Do not use the Sauna Wrap If you have haemophila (bleed easily), have a pacemaker or other internal electronic medical device/s.  Do not use the Sauna Wrap if you are elderly / frail / disabled / have mental illness, or if your doctor has instructed you not to use this device.  If you are currently under a doctor's care, or are unsure whether the Sauna Wrap is safe for you, please obtain your physician's consent prior to your visit.    

          

DIRECTIONS: Take 35W to 98th Street in Bloomington. Go east 1 Block. Take a right (south) on Lyndale Ave.  Go 1 Block.  Take a left on 99th Street and an immediate right to enter "9900 Shoppes Center."  We are located in the middle of the shopping center.

CANCEL POLICY: If for any reason you are unable to make your scheduled appointment, please call us ahead of time.  If you do not call ahead of your appointment, you will be asked to pay a cancellation "no-show" fee of $10.  Note: for Couples/Doubles Massages, the cancellation or "no-show" fee is $30 per person.
